🔄 Your 3-Day Dopamine Reset Protocol
Here’s how to clear the noise and raise your baseline again — fast.
🚫 Day 1: Cut the Dopamine Drains
For 24h, eliminate:
Social media
Fast food/sugar
Video content (YouTube, Netflix etc.)
Stim music or background noise
Multitasking
Stick to stillness. Read. Walk. Be bored.
That’s the reset.
🔁 Day 2: Rewire Your Reward System
Now that the noise is gone, refocus your brain:
Write 3 things you want to get better at
Do one task that requires effort (writing, organizing, training)
Reward yourself only after the action
