Here’s how I fix it in 10 minutes
You know that foggy, wired-but-tired feeling?

Turns out… it meant I needed less.
Last year I found this neuroscience gem that lowkey changed everything:
🧠 Optic flow.
Basically, it’s what happens when you walk — and your visual field moves past you.
That movement? It literally shuts down the part of your brain that’s screaming “we’re overwhelmed!”
No joke — Navy SEALs use this. EMDR therapy uses this.
And you get it naturally by just moving forward.
Since then, I do one thing every morning:
👉 10 minutes of walking. No phone. No podcast. Just breath and movement.
No one talks about this. But it resets your brain like magic.
Anxiety drops
Focus goes up
Clarity kicks in
It’s not a “hack.” It’s how your brain evolved to regulate itself.
