Hey,
it's Marc.
A few months ago
I checked my bank account.
Twice.
Then I checked my emails.
Looked at my calendar.
Reviewed my to-do list.
I knew exactly
how much money I had.
What meetings were coming up.
What needed my attention.
But then I asked myself a strange question.
"When was the last time I checked what was happening inside my own body?"
I couldn't answer it.
That surprised me.
We regularly check
our bank balance.
Our battery percentage.
Our package tracking.
Our screen time.
But many people go years
without checking
the things that matter even more.
Vitamin D.
Blood sugar.
Cholesterol.
Blood pressure.
Sleep quality.
Stress levels.
The strange part is
your body often whispers
long before it screams.
Less energy.
Poor concentration.
Mood changes.
Constant fatigue.
Slower recovery.
Many people assume
that's just part of getting older.
Or that it's normal.
Sometimes
it's simply information
your body has been trying to give you.
What helped me
I stopped waiting
until something felt seriously wrong.
Instead
I started getting basic health markers checked
once or twice a year.
Not because I expected bad news.
Because I wanted clarity.
Knowing where you stand
isn't something to fear.
It's something that gives you options.
The lesson
You don't have to become obsessed with health.
But you should become curious.
Because what you don't measure
is often what you ignore.
And what you ignore
has a way of becoming important later.
So here's one question for today.
You know your bank balance.
But do you know
what your body would tell you
if it could show you the numbers?
That answer
might be worth checking.
Stay sharp
Your Marc from Neurotweak
