The Key to a $1.3 Trillion Opportunity

A new trend in real estate is making the most expensive properties obtainable. It’s called co-ownership, and it’s revolutionizing the $1.3T vacation home market.

The company leading the trend? Pacaso. Created by the founder behind a $120M prior exit, Pacaso turns underutilized luxury properties into fully-managed assets and makes them accessible to the broadest possible market.

The result? More than $1B in transactions and service fees, 2,000+ happy homeowners, and over $110m in gross profit to date for Pacaso.

With rapid international growth and 41% gross profit growth last year alone, Pacaso is hitting their stride. They even recently reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.

The same VCs that backed Uber, eBay, and Venmo also backed Pacaso. Join them as a Pacaso shareholder before the opportunity ends September 18.

Something interesting happened to a friend last Sunday at 6:40 PM

He had spent the entire afternoon sitting on the couch
not moving much
just “thinking things through”

At least that is what he called it

He told me he was replaying a work presentation coming up on Tuesday
imagining what questions people might ask
what he could say wrong
and how his boss might react

By the time 6:40 rolled around he felt more drained than if he had actually worked all day
His body was stiff
his head heavy
and he had zero energy left for the evening

He admitted that nothing had actually happened
There was no meeting
no confrontation
just him and his own mind running circles for hours

What does that mean

Overthinking activates the same stress circuits as real events
Your brain does not clearly separate between imagined threats and actual ones
So while you sit still
your nervous system behaves as if you are in the middle of a crisis

Cortisol rises
your heart rate subtly increases
and your system burns energy without resolution

Why this matters

If you have ever

felt exhausted after hours of worrying even though you did not “do” anything
noticed your mind stuck on repeat about a future event
or ended the day tired without having taken much action

then you know how powerful the loop of overthinking can be
It is not laziness
It is your body paying the bill for hours of mental rehearsals

What I would love from you

When was the last time overthinking left you more tired than action
What triggered it
and how did it carry into the next day
